Convenient transportation, leaving work on time, smoking room available
Cons
Salary is deducted under a bunch of different pretexts... Saturdays and Sundays don't count as paid work, and labor insurance only covers the minimum amount.
If you haven't worked for a full month, they won't enroll you in national health insurance.
