There was a significant discrepancy in communication regarding the job requirements.
The job description given by HR differed from what the boss said......
I spent a lot of time interviewing and waiting for a second interview.
Only to find out in the end... that it was fundamentally different from what I had previously understood.
HR had a very good attitude, but the boss's attitude made me feel that they did not really want to interview me.
They said I was too young and that they did not want to hire young people. They could have screened me out from the start...
I felt disrespected and that my time had been somewhat wasted.

The clients are very nice; you’re often fed (○) and patted (×).
The boss has grand ambitions, but is willing to give very little to employees and clients. The year-end banquet really feels like a hostess accompanying guests for drinks. You don’t need to know how to get things done, but you do need to know how to curry favor (curry favor + stay long enough = year-end bonus, get it?). Oh, the boss isn’t actually the one who can make decisions; his mother is.
