7/21 Online interview
7/23 In-person interview
7/26 Received the offer letter (replied to confirm joining on 8/18 that same day)
8/12 Suddenly notified that the supervisor responsible for the handover had resigned unexpectedly, leaving no one available to support the handover or cancel the start date ^_^
Thanks a lot~ I thought this was a fairly decent company, but I didn't expect them to treat accepted candidates this way. Also, please don't bring out that bizarre, outdated standard résumé form anymore…

This was the first time in my life that I was stood up for an interview. I called the company that day, but no one answered, and there was no notification or explanation whatsoever. A company that cannot even manage basic workplace etiquette reveals a great deal about how it treats its employees.
I think you can occasionally save on lunch, because the boss treats everyone to lunch every now and then. You can also make something yourself or occasionally ask a certain auntie to cook. But whether you eat or not is up to you. When you’re in a really lousy mood, you really don’t want to see certain people’s faces.
1. There are no rules, and pricing can change depending on the boss’s mood, so it’s very difficult for colleagues handling distribution channels.
2. Finance, general affairs, and IT are all handled by the boss’s husband, but the output is very poor…… He often talks nonsense for seven or eight minutes at a time (when replacing computers, he always brings up unrelated matters, and he won’t even purchase legitimate software).
3. There are too many things to say, so I can’t finish listing them all. I can only say that if you like an environment that appears warm, be aware that it conceals many bad habits. Changing them is truly difficult, so… those who feel a connection can stay. I’m exhausted; there are always many helpless moments each day……

The interview time was changed by the other party about three times, and on the day of the interview, the interviewer wasn’t even at the company!!!!
