Pros
The salary is fairly high, but it’s just average when converted to New Taiwan dollars.
Labor and health insurance are also provided.
Cons
The chefs, senior staff, and bosses are emotionally unstable. The hours are long, and the boss is a bloodsucker. It’s an environment where the customer comes first; I once didn’t get off work until after 11 p.m.
