1. During the interview, they said the company’s systems were very well established, but in reality there was no system at all once I joined, and no one would train or guide you.
2. There was absolutely no time planning; every meeting had to wait until the boss’s wife was available.
3. The 104 job postings are always open because the turnover rate is extremely high. In the merchandising department, one year of experience already makes you a senior employee.
4. Excessive overtime.
5. It is a company that frequently lays people off. If the boss takes a dislike to you, they will tell you to get lost.

01. The company is very cramped, which makes it feel unpleasant to work there.
02. The supervisor explained the job duties in a disjointed way, without much context or conclusion. Perhaps it’s because they were born in the 1980s.
03. The job candidate had barely walked away before they started criticizing the person’s appearance. (They should really think about who looks more like they’ve been made up like a paper effigy. LOL.)

Staff efficiency is not very good.
