Cons
Under no circumstances should you apply for the E-commerce Specialist position. There is no room for growth, the products are not competitive enough, and the boss is unwilling to do marketing. Even a deity couldn't generate sales there. Shipping also requires entering the freezer. If you're afraid of the cold or seeking career development, you absolutely should not take this job.
