Pros

Suitable for entry-level professionals who want to earn 25K and accumulate experience.

Cons

(1) During the interview, they do not talk much about the company, focusing only on the position and the interview itself. The interview is conducted directly by the company owner (general manager).

If they think you are suitable, they will hire you immediately and will not give you time to consider; they will ask you to report for work right away.

The salary you expect will definitely be cut to the lowest amount, below your expectation. They will then say that your salary can be adjusted after you pass the probationary period or depending on your performance. Even then, the adjustment will only reach the lowest end of your expected range. There is too much uncertainty, and employees' future development is unclear. If you are someone who is serious about advancing your career, you should weigh this carefully.

(2) The company regulations are extremely rigid, inhumane, and inflexible. For example: eating cookies, snacks, or fruit during work is prohibited (what are people with low blood sugar supposed to do? Medical research has confirmed that eating can improve one's mood); taking annual leave before or after national holiday periods is prohibited (if you like traveling abroad for four or five days, you should think carefully about whether this company is suitable for you); although they say on the surface that leave requests can be discussed, I personally do not think they are easy to negotiate because the company regulations are clearly written there in black and white. Do not naively rely on verbal promises.

(3) Outside of lunch breaks, using mobile phones or messaging apps during work is prohibited, and you are not allowed to browse the internet on the computer; otherwise, your performance evaluation will be ruined.

You are also prohibited from contacting anyone other than the company's vendors (and even competitors); this also affects your performance evaluation. Performance evaluations are conducted directly by the boss. There are countless rules for treating employees like servants, yet you cannot feel any humane policies.

(4) You have to submit reports every day—submit reports, submit reports, submit reports—and every week as well. If you forget to submit one, money will be deducted and you will be fined; it will also affect your performance evaluation.

In short, there are an overwhelming number of military-style rules. If you want to manage the company like the military, fine—but are your company's benefits and salaries more competitive than other companies'? No, they are not.

(5) The average age of the coworkers is very young. They look like they have only graduated from high school and are around 20 years old. When the company introduces a new employee, all the coworkers have expressionless faces and look at them coldly; there is no sense of politeness or warmth. They cannot even offer a smile. Is it really impossible to get even a single smile while working here?

(6) The year-end bonus is guaranteed at one month. If the company performs well or you are willing to stay and work for a long time, they may add more depending on the situation (just take this kind of statement with a grain of salt).

For the same position, other companies offer an annual salary equivalent to 14–16 months, while this company offers only 13 months. The bonuses for the three major holidays are only NT$1,000, and taking leave is difficult too.

Job seekers should weigh this for themselves.
