However, the leave regulations do not fully comply with the Labor Standards Act. Sick leave results in a deduction of the full day’s pay but does not affect perfect-attendance pay; personal leave results in deductions from both the full day’s pay and perfect-attendance pay.
Be careful when negotiating your salary: perfect-attendance pay will be included in the stated salary!!
