The senior employees here are all members of the owner’s family. Basically, the owner and his wife come to work depending on their mood; when they are in a bad mood, they start yelling at people for no reason. The owner shouts at employees every day, while the owner’s wife does not know how to teach things and then blames you for not doing them properly when problems arise. The company also has a sales manager who spends all day blaming others; when something is not done well, he starts yelling, and when something is done well, he takes the credit. They also do not pay overtime in accordance with the Labor Standards Act, and annual leave may be deducted arbitrarily.
Basically, you might as well not come. Even if you do, you will only find the work very painful.
Occasionally, someone treats you to food.
They demand unpaid overtime and deduct paid annual leave without informing you. After assigning tasks, they change them arbitrarily. Job responsibilities are unclear, and every supervisor can stand by and give unwanted opinions on the same task. One person is responsible for multiple tasks, yet the pay is not much. Staff turnover is high; people are replaced after just a few months, leaving only members of their own family. Work instructions are vague and are often changed after being given. When you send materials to the supervisor, they seem unable to see them and only tell you several days or months later that you did not provide the materials. Please do not come to this company; they will psychologically attack you.
