As soon as you join, they expect you to perform as well as senior employees. Whenever the boss or the sales team makes a mistake, they blame it on you.

The most outrageous thing is that they say labor and health insurance are provided, but you have to bear the full cost yourself.

Don’t go to this company for an interview and waste your time.

The actual interview location was not a design company, but a space that had not yet been furnished. They started by introducing the products, which had absolutely nothing to do with the design company's business. After a long while, it turned out they were selling medical biotech products (and part of it involved direct selling). The interviewer kept painting a rosy picture of how great the future benefits would be, but I didn't even know the company's name, and had absolutely no idea what relationship the medical biotech products had with this design company.

In short, it was an interview that wasted my time.

I asked about the job opening and the interview time, but they didn’t even ask whether the time was convenient; they simply scheduled a time. They didn’t even mention the location—I had to ask before they explained it. A few hours later, they told me to bring my own résumé. I didn’t respond to the invitation because their replies felt very rude, so I didn’t want to go. The next day, I received a notification from 104 stating that I had missed the interview. The point is, I never even replied in the end or agreed to that time. I’ve never encountered such a petty supervisor. This is the first time I’ve come across a company that left me so speechless.
