Low pay, lots of work, and you can't leave on time. Sometimes you even have to work overtime on Saturdays. If production targets aren't met, you'll be scolded, and the managers have no patience to train new employees. At the beginning, they don't clearly inform new employees of the company's policies; when something happens, they just say, "It's company policy," and so on. The probation period is three months. The pay is low, but the workload is not; new employees have no room for error—make a mistake and you'll be scolded, work slowly and you'll also be scolded! You also have to sign a contract extending the probation period without a pay increase. Low pay can be tolerated, and low pay with lots of work is still manageable, but low pay, lots of work, and a supervisor who is also...... Whether you stay is up to you.
