Read the community guidelines1. As long as you get things done by the deadline, you can slack off.
2. There are quite a few convenient places to eat nearby.
3. Say less (the more you say, the more mistakes you make).
1. You need to know how to curry favor with the right people (those who know how to curry favor become section chiefs within less than three months; those who don’t will be singled out).
2. You often have to deal with unexpected situations and clean up after the supervisors. If you can’t clean it up properly, the supervisors will still blame you for not doing a good job.
3. If you fall out of favor with a supervisor, they will pressure you to sign an agreement accepting a pay cut; if you refuse, they will ask you to resign voluntarily.
4. Each raise is 500 (it varies by person; those who know how to curry favor with supervisors can get several thousand in a single raise).
