Read the community guidelinesThe salary is stable; there aren't many other advantages.
This family-owned company is extremely antiquated, and people are often tricked into stepping on landmines. The equipment is outdated, and they are even harsher toward customers and business partners. They are very stingy when it comes to paying, and after luring employees in, they start throwing their weight around, relying on their seniority and refusing to communicate. At the same time, they install surveillance cameras everywhere to monitor employees' every move, and all the computers are monitored. The air conditioning has problems, the drinking-water facilities have problems, and supervisors like to use employees to handle personal affairs and care for elderly family members. The office keeps a vicious dog. There is virtually none of the professionalism that a company should have. They also verbally bully employees every day and make inappropriate comments. They are constantly acting like little pinks. Even after becoming unable to walk, speaking unclearly, and having confused thoughts, they still refuse to retire and continue harassing employees every day.
