The company has a young female secretary who is related to the people in power. Her scheming is truly frightening.
The company’s office on the 11th floor is fairly newly decorated.
I recently interviewed for a sales supervisor position. The interviewer was a female manager, and although I asked quite a few questions, she glossed over them all.
For example, regarding the basic three-month salary adjustment, year-end bonus, and job responsibilities, the female manager replied that since the company had just started up, year-end bonuses and salary adjustments would depend on performance. In addition to the basic duties of working in department stores, the job would also involve managing the Facebook fan page, Instagram, inventory counts, and graphic design skills would be preferred. Basically, it’s a one-person-does-everything situation, but the salary is only NT$32,000.

A manager who hasn’t been here long, pretending to know what they’re doing, very domineering, a middle-aged unmarried woman, impossible to communicate with
She keeps mentioning that she used to be a manager at a large company, yet there is no tangible evidence of her abilities
The entire company is just an empty, all-talk organization
