Pros

● If you are applying for a visual designer position, the company provides two computers for you to use: one is used for file conversion and left running, and the other is for creating designs.

● The supervisor is a very experienced person, and there are many work-related questions you can ask him about.

● There are large-format output and digital printing machines that you can learn to operate.

● There is a smoking area inside the office, so you don’t have to go downstairs.

You have to know how to do everything here, otherwise you may find it a bit difficult. However, if you’re a newcomer, coming here to gain experience is also fine.

At least the supervisor here is willing to teach.

Cons

● If you need to work overtime, remember to clock in before continuing to work. They seem a little afraid of being reported frequently?

● You have to switch back and forth between preparing files for electrical cutting and designing for clients.

● The company’s computers are seriously so bad they’re laughable. They make so much money—why don’t they update the equipment??????????

● The boss thinks “35K” is a very high salary. If you expect a higher salary, please understand that it’s hard for the boss to make money.

● I originally applied for a visual design position, but later the boss thought I seemed to have a lot of experience and could manage the design-related parts of the PM role. However, he also seemed to think I was young, so he directly cut 5K from the salary, saying, “Try doing it first; if it works out, I’ll adjust your salary to 40K.”

After joining, the design assistant below helps out in the output department, leaving one “design assistant” who isn’t good at AI.

So I guess everyone is responsible for managing their own work?

I won’t say anything else.

Pros

Pros

Very welcoming to newcomers, especially recent graduates.

When it’s time to clock out, they kindly remind employees to clock out promptly and not work overtime.

The work is very safe, so they pay the minimum level of labor and health insurance coverage for you.

The boss is happy to help employees transition into sales positions.

You can see the boss’s mother and his dog at the company.

People leave very quickly, so promotions come quickly.

The boss and the sales manager are very often not at the company.

Company policies change very frequently.

If you can drive, the company has three vehicles available for you to help make deliveries.

Cons

There is a Costco nearby, so it’s very inconvenient if you don’t have a membership card.
