I arrived at the agreed-upon time, but had to wait a long time before the interview began.
There were two interviewers in total, both quite young. During the interview, one of them brought their own laptop and handled personal matters while listening to the interviewee's answers, which made me feel disrespected.
Throughout the interview, they kept asking open-ended questions, but did not accept the interviewee's answers. It felt as though they would only accept the answers they had already decided on.
After the interview, I received an email notification saying that they were not currently looking for people for related positions. In that case, why announce the position on the official website?
