The boss and colleagues are all very friendly. Rather than having a top-down hierarchy, we are more like partners. Everyone performs their own duties and helps one another, and we also share aspects of our lives. It is very enjoyable to work here. When the boss sees that employees are working hard, they will take everyone out for delicious food, to exhibitions, or on trips. The compensation is also very reasonable and complies with the Labor Standards Act. I hope Taiwan’s employment environment can continue to improve (based on my previous work experience, many companies were very unreasonable, but no one dared to speak up, so we could only continue to be mistreated).

The boss needs to take care of their health. Also, there are too many places to eat nearby, so it is easy to gain weight.
