Very autonomous, with flexible hours.
Cons
They basically ignore you completely; they provide no support whatsoever for maintenance or updates, and that person handles virtually all the work! The supervisor basically only understands half of it; to make matters worse, they don’t even pay salaries on time and will delay payment. At their company, there isn’t even a resignation form to fill out when you leave! They owe contractors a huge amount of money, and who knows when they’ll go under!
