Pros

Good relationships with colleagues

Cons

.Standard clock-in system for starting work, but an end-of-work responsibility system

.There are many miscellaneous tasks to do, and the workload keeps increasing without limit

.Disrespect for professional expertise; the company has no clear system of responsibility

The company does not have a well-established system, resulting in extremely chaotic work arrangements and unclear duties and responsibilities. The boss is not a professional and often makes outrageous requests, always believing they are right and not allowing anyone to argue. Offering suggestions does not lead to any improvements. They often suddenly add a pile of tasks, causing schedule delays, and then blame you for having poor work efficiency.

.Many demands but no resources provided

The boss is extremely stingy and does not want to spend money on anything. As an online retail company, it does not even have a camera; employees have to use their personal cameras, and there is no photography equipment. They still complain that the video quality is not high-end enough. The computers are old and are not replaced. Although there are many employees, they can only boil water with an electric kettle, and there is often no water to drink.

.Likes to take advantage of employees

Naturally, a company like this does not pay overtime. It often takes up employees' lunch breaks, requiring them to answer customer service calls during lunch. Employees also have to use their own time after work to ship packages for the company and spend their weekends making purchases for the company.

After putting up with all of the above and submitting my resignation, I wanted to leave within the number of days stipulated by the Labor Standards Act, but the boss immediately threatened to deduct my wages! If you want to grow, don't join this company. It would just be a waste of time ==
