The interviewer was a company director who wanted to gain a thorough understanding of me during the interview and also provided detailed explanations of the company's past and future direction. They came across as sincere, and I got the impression that this is a team that is very willing to communicate and grow together. Overall, it was a positive interview experience.
Cons
Small company with a results-oriented work system, but based on what I understand so far, the frequency of overtime is not high.
