When I left the company, my boss cited Article 12 of the Labor Standards Act and refused to issue a certificate of involuntary resignation.
On the one hand, he said he wanted to be truthful, but he had unilaterally asked the employee to resign and still refused to issue a certificate of involuntary resignation.
In the end, my boss said that because of a serious violation under Article 12 of the Labor Standards Act, he would not issue it to me.
