Clearly stated that the job responsibilities cover a wide range, but the salary is only the minimum wage (front-end sales commissions are calculated separately, and back-office staff also receive bonuses based on the performance of the front-end sales team, which are also calculated separately), without concealing anything.
Even if you are not hired, they send a notification email, so applicants are not left waiting in vain. It is one of the few polite companies.
