They rehire for a marketing planner position every two to three months on average. Although the salary is listed as "above 40,000," once you start, the boss says both sides need a period of adjustment, so your salary may be cut in half during the first month. There is a lot to do because everything is a mess. The boss is constantly trying to find someone who can produce visible e-commerce sales results within one month of joining. Unfortunately, they never seem to find anyone—perhaps it's even harder than winning the lottery (from the boss's perspective). At most, if no online e-commerce orders come in after two months, they look at your expected salary and then tell you that the arrangement is not working out.
