The boss is impossible to understand. Every day, they set a bunch of rules that they themselves cannot follow, and when employees follow them and discover that the rules are impractical, they still get scolded for not doing a good job.
The salary is paid later and later each time. They always say it will be paid two days later, but then there is no further news, and employees have to ask about it every day. And it is not just employees—when a bunch of vendors come to demand payment, the boss absolutely never shows up; the employees are always left to deal with them.
They badmouth individual colleagues in front of the others. Do they not know that the colleagues all get along very well with one another? I really do not understand what they are thinking.
On top of that, they tell lies nonstop and deceive the employees, which would be bad enough, but they even deceive the designers. When they could not make it to the worksite, they actually told the designer, “The master got into a car accident!!!” Are they trying to curse someone?
Weekly days off
The salary was paid on time in the first month, but thereafter it was delayed by at least 3–5 days, and sometimes more than ten days. The company also never proactively explained the issue; employees had to ask and repeatedly urge them before receiving their pay. In addition, the company never provided employees with pay stubs, making the information opaque.
