When they ask you to interview, they will bring up some of their problems for you. At the time, I did think of solutions for improvement, but I also told them that I didn’t feel it was appropriate to do so when I hadn’t even joined the company and seen how things worked.
Later, I found out that the position had been open for years.
Don’t reveal too much of your own expertise to them.
