Pros
Other than the relatively good meal allowance, I really can't think of anything else.
Cons
A private company that operates on the edge of the law. Everything is done according to the boss's preferences. Although systems are in place, they are unwilling to use them and only want to rush things. There is absolutely no structure. Those who want to develop into versatile, multi-functional employees may consider it.
