Cons
There are very few benefits, and the company even violates its leave policies. The leave policy expects you to use all your leave within the same month, and you cannot make up the days off the following month.
The company also does not want you to take six months of maternity leave. Therefore, during the interview, ask questions about benefits, leave policies, and so on.
Also, one colleague really likes to stab people in the back by telling the supervisor about them, so you really need to be careful with this company.
