Pros
The boss will teach you a lot. If you’re just starting your career and want to learn, you can come here, but if you have financial pressure or dreams, I advise you to think twice. This business of buying and selling on empty margins has little profit left, so where would the high salary come from?
Cons
Besides the low salary, colleagues being overly concerned with trivial matters, the boss making grand promises, and receiving the same pay as everyone else no matter how much you do, there really aren’t many other drawbacks.
