It should be considered quite free, I suppose.
Cons
It feels pretty risky, I guess? They said there are two companies in Taoyuan, and this one in Kaohsiung is newly established, so they need designers to increase revenue. The company seems to have only two men. They said that if the company makes money, colleagues will naturally join.
