Pros

Salaries are paid on time, with labor and health insurance provided.

There is an annual dinner, but you may not necessarily get a share of the prize draw.

Even when they give you n times the workload, they still let you work normal hours.

A good place for people who are not short of money to build skills, develop resilience under pressure, and challenge themselves.

Cons

The new supervisor lacks professionalism and is unfamiliar with plant operations; they only talk and are completely out of touch.

They will ask you to do things, but will not necessarily teach you how to do them.

High employee turnover and low pay; sometimes there are more dispatched temporary workers than regular employees.

The people who actually work are always so busy that they are not at their desks, so the newcomers filling the unpleasant vacancies have to do the work. If you see people chatting during the interview, they are the ones who will push work onto others. Some people go crazy as soon as they have to work, but put on different faces in front of and behind the supervisor. They are especially good at bullying newcomers, so the company is constantly recruiting and interviewing; it is the same in every department. (That said, there aren't many people in the factory anyway...)

Salaries are generally low. Temporary workers earn an hourly wage of 150 (normal); on-site positions pay the basic wage, while new office employees earn just a tiny bit more than the basic wage, inversely proportional to the workload.

No year-end bonus, no year-end bonus, no year-end bonus!!

No bonuses, no bonuses, no bonuses!!

There are no standard procedures to follow for on-site work. Office tasks are numerous, miscellaneous, and disorganized, leaving factory personnel at a loss; everyone in the factory does things their own way.

Workflows are poorly arranged: those who know what they are doing have to do many things, while those who do not know just slack off.

Many processes/workflows have not been systematized. They are numerous and complicated; instructions are given while the work is being done, and sometimes only after a mistake is made, which can leave people at a loss.

If you resign before a certain period has elapsed, the cost of the uniform will be deducted from your pay.

Lunch is at your own expense.
