Pros

1. It’s fairly easy to take time off.

2. In terms of the work environment, the boss doesn’t constantly stay in the office pressuring people about progress.

3. There are occasionally some small snacks to eat.

4. Basically, labor insurance and other things are legally reported, but employees may be laid off without notice, and the severance pay is still not willingly provided (one employee had worked here for five years).

Cons

1. You have to put up with the boss’s self-righteous temper. His way of speaking can leave a relatively unpleasant impression, but you get used to it over time.

2. The boss’s dog will complain that the employees’ floor is too dirty (?

3. The boss is not very considerate of others. For example, while everyone is already working hard to move the company’s products, he will stand there with a sour expression and say, “I need to get through—please move aside.”

4. In fact, he does not understand the company’s operations or its various processes, so he thinks everything is very simple and questions why things take so much time.

5. You are often asked to take his quilts to be laundered, take the dog to be groomed, take out his garbage, go to the library to borrow and return books for him, pick up his packages from convenience stores, and so on. (However, none of these duties were mentioned at all before the interview.)

6. You may need to design posters for his private business association.

7. He laid off an employee without notice, announcing it 20 minutes before the end of the workday and requiring the employee to sign a consent form waiving severance pay.
