The interview was very relaxed

The internal employees each do their own thing
There is absolutely no division of labor or teamwork
Mainly because no one provides leadership
It's really quite a pity
If you're applying to this company, please don't apply for the packing position
You'll work yourself to death
And if you only work for one day, you won't get paid
