1. During the interview, I was asked private questions such as whether I was single, where I lived, and whom I lived with.
2. Before I had even been working for two weeks, my boss called me alone into a small meeting room at the company to ask about my romantic situation, how many boyfriends I had had, my views on relationships, what I did on holidays, whether I felt lonely when alone, and other topics unrelated to work.
3. Overall, the environment is very unfriendly toward women. The men show no gender awareness or respect toward women, yet they emphasize the importance of being polite. They should be the ones taking a course in manners.
4. The supervisor did not major in this field and does not understand the actual production process or the time required, so they make unreasonable demands.
5. Because this is a design position, computers and other equipment are necessary, but employees are expected to provide almost everything themselves. The equipment provided by the company is also not updated regularly.
6. The equipment is terrible, the work environment is uncomfortable, and although they agreed during the interview that I could work from home, they later went back on their word.
Conclusion: Run away quickly.
P.S. The work clothing is very loose and does not reveal body shape, so please do not blame the victim.
