Pros

Cons

The division of responsibilities is unclear. It is recommended that people with flexible minds and a wide range of skills apply.

Otherwise, as with the person upstairs, it is recommended that you apply for the position of the boss’s wife.

Pros

Complies with the Labor Standards Act; public holidays are days off.

NT$1,000 for each of the three major holidays; no year-end bonus—everyone is weathering difficult times together.

Whether you work overtime is up to you; overtime is unpaid.

No perfect-attendance bonus; lateness is calculated by the minute.

The salary is higher than NT$22,000, but reaching an annual salary of NT$1 million is still a distant dream.

Cons

The boss likes people who are capable of solving problems. His dream is to lie back while someone else makes money for him. If applicants think they are very capable of solving problems, they are advised to go solo instead—it may be more promising.

Job seekers are advised to name their price boldly; being polite will only make themselves suffer. The boss will also slash the offer boldly—he will not be courteous to you.

Pros

There are very few colleagues, about two, but they are both nice.

Cons

The boss asks whether you want to become the boss’s wife and invites you to meet privately.

There is no willingness to train newcomers.

Employees are suddenly dismissed for no apparent reason.

Every newcomer stays for less than two months.

The longest-serving senior colleague when I worked there had been there for four months.

I thought I would be able to learn something.

However, if you want to learn something, this is not a suitable place to work.

Those who want to become the boss’s wife may consider it.
