Pros

Can't think of any.

I guess it's nice to occasionally get free coffee.

Cons

Violates the Labor Standards Act: only eight days of leave are provided, labor insurance is enrolled under incorrect salary brackets, and overtime hours are not calculated at 1.33 times the regular rate.

I've also never received a pay stub. After asking several times, I finally got one, but I couldn't make any sense of what it said.

Paychecks are delayed; after repeatedly asking for them, they were issued more than a month late and were still incomplete.

Poor business is one thing, and employing staff is another.

Don't use poor business as an excuse to say that there's nothing much for employees to do while they're at work.

The owner's wife uses emotional blackmail. She fails to properly handle employees' pay and keeps making excuses,

and she even relies on the manager in the middle as a communication bridge. However, this manager only passes on messages and is of no help at all in resolving issues.

Pros

There is an employee meal

The boss rarely shows up

Cons

The management trainee is extremely, extremely, extremely, extremely, extremely, extremely awful—arbitrarily humiliates employees, uses profanity every day, launches personal attacks, and even physically assaults people

The other supervisors are actually unable to do anything about it

They mess up your schedule however they please,

keep you behind for one or two hours to “talk” without paying you

The supervisor likes to gossip about and smear employees behind their backs

In any case, the point is to humiliate employees until they are utterly mortified
