Fangju Haosi Technology Co., Ltd. and Ai Zou International Co., Ltd. have the same owner. It would be one thing if the pay were low and there were no year-end bonus, but they also withhold wages. It’s already the second month. When you ask the owner about your pay, they respond sporadically or not at all. The owner gives a bunch of excuses and paints a grand picture, but it’s still completely impossible to see any future for the company. If you decide to join, you’re on your own.

It's hard to see that this company has any technical foundation. Perhaps it's a common problem with startups—the things they say sound pretty impressive.
The interviews with the department manager and technical manager felt very good, like having a conversation.
The interview took place while sitting on a sofa chair.
Startup company—can't think of anything else.
