Read the community guidelinesThe flexible working hours and remote work arrangements are really great!
But working remotely really often leads to longer working hours..........Still, when colleagues send messages, they always start by saying “Sorry” or “Sorry to bother you.” I don’t think they do it intentionally, at least they’re not being presumptuous, and nothing happens if you don’t reply. If it’s urgent, they’ll call. Plus, remote work really is very flexible~~ You can sleep until after 9, but start working within 10 seconds, haha~ There are always pros and cons.
1. Lively atmosphere
1. Limited salary increases
2. The boss says we need to weather the difficult times together, but is still laying people off
3. The office is very dirty and messy
4. Frequent overtime
