The salary discussed during the interview was completely different from the offer I received. The company environment was extremely poor; there was no air conditioning in the summer, and one person was expected to do the work of five. The boss was even unreliable about enrolling employees in labor and health insurance, and employees had to repeatedly remind them before the missing coverage was finally completed. They made arbitrary deductions from pay. They initially told you that working hours were flexible, but that was all a lie. They would ask you to work overtime without paying you: “If you dare be even one minute short, I’ll deduct a huge amount from your salary!” The monthly salary was never paid on time. In the end, they even refused to pay my final wages after I resigned. Their audacity was extraordinary; no matter how much you berated them, they remained completely unmoved. Anyone in a bad mood can go ahead and berate them^^ I have already applied for mediation; even if the employer does not attend, legal proceedings will follow. People like this need a judge to teach them a proper lesson!

The interview process was completely open, allowing others to see everything. The boss even harshly berated an employee nearby in front of the interviewee. I really disliked it and do not recommend it.
