Read the community guidelines1. The boss is down-to-earth. During the interview, they spoke openly and patiently, and were willing to listen to the applicant’s work experience. They handle both design and business-related work.
2. The company is located in an apartment building. The environment is quite quiet, and the office has plenty of natural light.
3. The company originally focused mainly on food packaging for FamilyMart, but currently focuses on the financial industry. You need to have the ability to create webpages and EDMs.
4. Overtime is paid. The boss does not encourage overtime and hopes employees can leave work on time. However, if urgent work requires overtime, employees will be informed in advance. This is what was explained during the interview; it is unclear whether this is actually the case.
5. Convenient transportation, with an MRT station nearby.
6. The company has many design books, making it suitable for people who enjoy browsing design-related books.
7. Two days off per week, with an annual bonus.
1. They ask about your salary at your previous job. The starting salary during the probationary period is NT$28,000, adjusted to NT$30,000 afterward. If you were already earning more than NT$30,000, you can report a slightly higher expected salary. Labor and health insurance are provided.
2. Of the three traditional holiday benefits, aside from the year-end bonus, the others are gifts or gift boxes.
3. Overall, the impression from the interview was good, but the work is not in an industry that interests me, so I would give it an average rating.
