There are piece-rate bonuses for making over 6,000 buckles.
Cons
Making grand promises is completely unrealistic. Coworkers are difficult to get along with and do not teach new employees. There is bullying, and supervisors do not intervene, allowing it to continue as if nothing happened and provoking trouble.
They do not provide an employment separation certificate when you leave.
