Pros
The supervisor is very charismatic and articulate.
Cons
The salary is incredibly low! The company constantly makes empty promises, emphasizing that your first pot of gold comes from stock and bonuses. They tell you not to focus only on your current salary and to take a long-term view. Throughout the interview process, they repeatedly emphasized wanting to hire a cute girl. The position discussed initially was business development, but the offer letter ultimately listed the role as a sales assistant.
