Read the community guidelinesAfter looking at my portfolio, she said that my aesthetic sense should be pretty good...(That was supposed to be a compliment, right?
The company is located in a business park, and the amenities outside the park are inconvenient~ You have to walk a long way to find a convenience store, and there are very few restaurants where you can eat...
The company's original address was in Songshan, and I didn't discover until the day before the interview that they had moved to Nangang~
I was taken to the second floor for the interview. The second floor had many partitioned workstations, but there wasn't a single person there, and it hadn't been tidied up yet...
The interviewer was someone whose title on the business card was manager. I felt that the conversation went fairly well...
However, there were a few things that made me feel unhappy↓
The position I applied for was to replace a graphic designer who was about to leave. The interviewer said it was because everyone at the company had to work overtime.
His girlfriend didn't want him to work overtime anymore, so he was leaving to find another job...
Then the interviewer asked whether I had a boyfriend. It felt like she was trying to avoid hiring someone similar to him again...
Looking back now, I feel that was quite rude?! Can you use this kind of thing to judge whether to hire someone?? (I certainly learned something new.
What I found strangest was: You're a manager, aren't you? Why did you still have to discuss whether to hire me with the sales staff, and only be able to approve me as a manager after getting their agreement? She kept giving off the impression that she was in a difficult position and couldn't immediately decide whether to hire me...= ="
In the end, she asked me to go home and think it over, then add her as a friend on LINE and reply with my answer through LINE...
However, I couldn't find her LINE account at all?? I was speechless... In the end, I replied by email that I wouldn't be going~
(After reading the interview experience posted above, I'm glad I didn't successfully add her on LINE...)
None
The meeting room was unbelievably messy and cluttered.
I arrived on time but still waited almost an hour before the interviewer showed up.
The interviewer was extremely arrogant.
Before deciding whether to hire me, they had me add them on LINE in advance, supposedly to provide contact information for clearance sales of soon-to-expire products.
Looking at my résumé, they said, “Why have you only done these jobs with no ambition?!”
“You look like you move very slowly, don’t you? You might get bullied!”
The interviewer had noticeably misaligned eyes and mouth, but I didn’t say anything about it.
What gives them the right to criticize others so carelessly? What a weirdo.
