Pros
Flexible working hours (though it seems clocking in and out has started)
The boss respects expertise (on the surface)
Colleagues are easy to get along with
Cons
A certain design manager is not very capable and insists that designers follow outdated design rules, while also making some incomprehensible demands
They say they respect you and are giving you advice, but in reality, they just want you to do things according to their bizarre logic
The concept of unlimited design use—constantly painting grand visions without acknowledging reality
