Working hours: Other than sleeping, it was all work—attending social engagements after work, then finishing the remaining official duties afterward.
Job responsibilities: At the time, I was responsible for maintaining an exhibition hall showcasing fogponics, tissue culture, and so on. However, it was basically just maintenance; there was no production, nor any plan to open it to the public. It was a company that seemed to focus on selling technology, but judging from its official website, it seems to have opened to the public. Whether that meant a one-day opening or正式 operations, I don't know.
Other than sleeping, there were basically no days off. Sundays depended on luck.
Colleagues: Most were relatives or close associates of the boss. The boss would describe the company's future by making grand promises. Eating, drinking, and socializing were always done together, leaving you with absolutely no personal time. If you like a military-style management approach, you would probably be quite welcome there.
Salary: About 30K for a beginner. Other than food and accommodation being provided, that was all there was.
