The work is straightforward, the team atmosphere is good, and both the manager and colleagues are very nice.
There may be overtime at the end of the month for closing the books, but overtime pay is provided in accordance with the Labor Standards Act, so this is not a significant drawback.
The colleagues and supervisors are all quite nice, and the departments get along harmoniously.
The current supervisors are all highly capable,
which results in relatively limited promotion opportunities for new employees.
