Read the community guidelinesThe HR specialist was very friendly.
The HR assistant manager is very good at cutting salaries. They said the general manager treats the employees well, but what’s with continually cutting my salary? I asked for 35,000, and they actually said that would make my salary higher than that of the senior employees there. That’s ridiculous. Just how low are the employees’ salaries there?
Salary is paid on time
The manager is very good at using vague words and evasive language, saying that they have experience developing systems for Fortune 100 companies, while not elaborating on the other systems. Take just one ERP system (for a packaged ERP system, the requirements research is simply handed over to an outsourced developer): after three years of implementation, it still could not be launched. What do you think? When the company suffers losses, responsibility is shifted; no matter what goes wrong, it is always the fault of subordinates or other departments. IT positions remain open year after year, waiting for newcomers to come in and take the blame. By my count, four people have already left.
I advise anyone who wants to learn workplace political maneuvering to come to this department. The manager takes the credit and subordinates bear the responsibility for mistakes. If you like flattering people, and especially if you disagree with them, they will target you; even if you are more capable than they are, they will still target you. They habitually use duplicitous tactics to sow discord, telling A that B is incompetent and B that A is incompetent, and they love making empty promises.
Most people have a PM-like attitude toward work, although there are still one or two who work very seriously. The pay is low and there is no real technical work, so it is a waste of your youth.

Very good at making grand promises. Operating hours are unclear and they just keep telling you to wait. By the time you're ready, I've already found a new job.
None
A blowhard who talks up information in a wildly exaggerated, self-important way, boasts about their age, and scores zero on the software technical side.

HR is very good at lowballing, nitpicks over the smallest details, gives people sidelong looks, and speaks disrespectfully.
