A terrible company. Every morning there are meetings to report the same things repeatedly. The bosses—the owner and his wife—have no execution ability and do not understand anything. It is a two-headed company!! The key point is that, besides the low and unstable pay, the two bosses argue for no reason and fire employees hired by the other!!!!! I do not recommend that anyone waste their time....
P.S.:
Even if you are fired, you still cannot get severance pay, because as soon as you start work, they ask you to sign a confidentiality agreement, saying that it states they do not have to pay severance....
