Read the community guidelinesThe colleagues get along well and help one another. The working hours are relatively short.
You cannot disagree with the supervisor. As long as you question her ideas, you are the one who is wrong. She may say that your work is good one day, then say the next day that it is terrible and completely unusable—she focuses entirely on the person rather than the issue. During the interview, she also spoke disparagingly about employees nonstop (at first, I thought the problems really were the employees’ fault). She said that she had given one of them a job opportunity despite that person having depression; in reality, she had gone and begged that person to come back to work.
She speaks very harshly to pressure you into resigning voluntarily, and when giving you money, she acts as if she is bestowing charity.
Labor and health insurance are not provided until you have completed three full months. The longest anyone stayed at the company was a little over one year, followed by two months and two weeks. The turnover rate is extremely high, and this is illegal.
