Read the community guidelinesThe engineers were interviewed by two fake PMs. Since they had no point when they spoke, I suppose that counts as a pro.
1. No clocking in or out
2. No labor or health insurance
3. Must be a jack-of-all-trades (including taking the fall for the PM)
The male PM doesn’t have much of a brain and can only giggle idiotically:
The male PM did 80% of the talking during the interview. When I mentioned Project A as an engineer, he would suddenly bring up Project B, then lewdly and humiliatingly say, “You’re an engineer and you don’t understand hardware? Hehehe~ I know a little PHP too, so I can teach you more, since you don’t know hardware—let’s cut 5K off [your salary] first.”
Aside from asking whether the developer could also write a mobile app, the woman didn’t say anything else. (Oh my god... I’m interviewing for a web position!!!?)

Could HR please send recruitment emails only after clarifying the company’s needs?
Total interview time: five minutes
R&D, don’t waste your time interviewing.

No labor or health insurance, no year-end bonus. They treat full-time engineers as outsourced contractors. Don't waste your time interviewing.
I really can't think of any reason to work at a company like this. Is it that everyone working there can't find another job?
Maybe there are no pros!
No labor or health insurance, no guaranteed year-end bonus, and the interview location may differ from the workplace.
