1. Promises of salary adjustments are just empty promises, and getting a raise is difficult.
2. The job responsibilities are extensive. The boss thinks software engineering means handling every software-related issue (including apps, web technologies (HTML, JS, CSS), databases, NAS, PHP, etc.).
3. Overtime pay calculations are not transparent, and overtime pay is easily underpaid.
